Queensland’s best speakers take to the stage at the Royal Queensland Show to show off their rhythm as they recite poems in front of a live audience. These passionate poets will each get six-minutes of fame to belt out their favourite bush ballads - from Banjo Patterson to their own original works.

There are student classes and open classes for established or original poems.
