Australian Young Farmer Challenge

Celebrating Ekka’s 150th anniversary, the Australian Young Farmers Challenge will bring together the best young agricultural talent not only across the state, but across the country, for a day of skill, teamwork and friendly competition.

The action kicks off in the morning with the State Australian Young Farmers Challenge presented by Dairy Farmers and Oztix, followed by the National Australian Young Farmers Challenge presented by Oztix in the afternoon. The nation’s top teams will go head-to-head to claim the title of Australian Young Farmer Challenge champions.

This relay-style competition sees teams tackle a series of practical challenges designed to test the real-world skills needed in modern agriculture.

Team requirements:

Teams must consist of four competitors aged between 18 and 35.
Each team must include at least one male and one female competitor.
