Dress Code

Cocktail attire.

Jackets are encouraged for men; no denim, jeans, or casual footwear permitted.

Tickets & Seating

Each ticket includes reserved seating for the evening.

A limited number of corporate tables are available, offering an excellent opportunity to host clients or colleagues.

While every effort will be made to accommodate seating preferences, requests must be submitted no later than 7 days in advance and cannot be guaranteed.

Dietary Requirements

The RNA take dietary requirements very seriously and would appreciate the organisers assistance to ensure all dietary requests provided fall into the categories of allergens, medical conditions and religious dietary needs. Whilst we take great care in catering all dietary requirements and the elimination of allergens, we as well as our suppliers utilise machinery and facilities that may handle various allergens. As a result, we are not able to guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our foods and beverages.

For banquet events, a dietary placecard will be positioned at each dietary guest table. This will contain the guest name, their dietary requirement and the table number.

All requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the event.

While we will make every effort to accommodate all requirements received within this timeframe, late requests cannot be guaranteed.

Arrival & Guest Experience

Guests are invited to arrive from 6:00pm to enjoy a seamless check-in experience and pre-dinner networking before being seated.

Digital tickets will be accepted upon arrival.

Transport & Parking

Please note, due to EKKA Beef Week, onsite parking is not available.

Drop-off & Rideshare

A dedicated zone is located at Gate 1 (corner of Gregory Terrace & Costin Street).

Photography & Filming

Photography and videography will be captured throughout the evening.

By attending, guests grant permission for their image to be used for event and promotional purposes.

Ticketing Terms

All tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred, with name changes submitted prior to the event.

The organiser reserves the right to make adjustments to the program, including speakers and entertainment, should circumstances require.
