Parking
There are various car parks within walking distance to the Brisbane Showgrounds, including:
- King Street Car Park
- Cornerstone Parking - Royal Brisbane Hospital
- Secure Parking - Valley Metro Car Park
- Secure Parking - McWhirters Car Park
Public Transport
Public transport is one of the easiest and most efficient ways to get to Ekka, this year there are some important changes to be aware of.
Due to the construction of Cross River Rail, Exhibition station won’t be operating during Ekka in 2023. You'll still be able to catch a ride to the Ekka with public transport options including trains and buses from nearby stops and stations.

Rideshare and taxis
It’s only a short rideshare or Black & White taxi ride to the Ekka from the city. Leave your car in the city and catch a rideshare service or Black & White taxi directly to the Brisbane Showgrounds.
Cycling
Although cycling inside the grounds is off-limits, there are secure bike racks located in Carriage Street (L-16).
