The new Royal Queensland Cooking Stage will celebrate Australia’s finest produce.
Around 40 demonstrations will be held across the nine days of show, with foodies learning how best to consume, prepare and cook with medal-winners from the Royal Queensland Awards.
The 45 minute sessions will be run by the acclaimed chef, restaurateur, author and TV presenter, Dominique Rizzo, and her team.
The sessions will be in collaboration with Royal Queensland Award winners and some of Queensland's finest chefs, demonstrating their dishes using renowned JBS beef brands such as Thousand Guineas, Riverina Angus and Royal 100. There will also be presentations by Angelo Pasta, Pearly Sprinkles, Bunya Cheese and wine tasting by Sirromet.
The RNA’s prestigious Royal Queensland Awards is a celebration of the nation’s finest producers and is dedicated to unearthing Australia’s top food, beer and wine products.
The Royal Queensland Cooking Stage is supported by JBS, and the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries Queensland.
