King Street Feast
Set sail for King Street Feast. King Street is one of Brisbane’s most popular food precincts, so visitors are sure to find plenty to feast on. The bars and restaurants inside the Ekka grounds are:
Welcome to Bowen Hills
Welcome to Bowen Hills will serve a very popular show staple during Ekka. They’ll make butter sandwiches, inspired by the iconic Butter Board Sandwiches which were first introduced in the 1950s. Nothing beats two slices of bread with mountains of butter and filling! They’ll also have Harry’s Pizza and burgers on their menu. Welcome to Bowen Hills is located in the revitalised Dairy Hall and Sugar Building.
Beerhaus is a bohemian-inspired bier hall, located in the revitalised Royal Snack Bar. During Ekka they’ll serve authentic Bavarian dishes including their Beerhaus BBQ - American-style BBQ meat served with pretzel rolls and haus pickle. They’ll also dish up BBQ sandwiches served on a potato roll.
The charismatic Kuhl-Cher Coffee will be brewing to give you that second wind of energy - especially after hitting Sideshow Alley or Kids Carnival! With all coffee beans freshly roasted onsite, you know you’re getting the perfect brew! You can also grab a bacon, egg and cheese burger while you’re there.
Atelier Brasserie will offer a relaxed dining experience with a focus on European flavours. They pride themselves on serving the absolute freshest produce and they’ll also have you sorted for that coffee fix!
El Camino Cantina
El Camion Cantina is the place to go for Tex-Mex cuisine. With Las Vegas-style neon lights and sombrero-splashed party vibes, you’ll sit down to a downright delicious menu featuring tacos and burritos. Arriba!
